What was the best part about using Kayako?

The best part about this tool is its customer support platform which is already integrated. This has taken along several sustenance channels like live chat and email that are wholly I can say are already a wholly integrated scheme. Further, I like that I can set up automatic notifications to save my time checking back and forth on the app.

What would you change about your experience with Kayako?

With its potent reporting tools, it is sometimes difficult and hard to learn how the app works, for short, the navigation of the tool still needs an advice or help from a tech-user or from the help-desk. In addition, there was a time when attaching of file takes more than one attempt that takes most of my time.

Overall Feedback

This tool is affordable and great for small to mid-size businesses. If you are looking for a tool that has an awesome live chat, well, this is what you are looking for which is a top-tiered solution. Also, try their cloud-based testing so that you can ensure yourself that this is the tool that is worth your budget.
