What was the best part about using Kayako?

It improves the connection you have with your customers because you can provide them excellent support through email, live chat, tickets, and a whole lot more. If you can resolve issues with your clients right away, then for sure they will get satisfied and will continue working with your company.

What would you change about your experience with Kayako?

The program does not work well with the remote support software. The features that are offered by this program to android users are not satisfied. It still needs improvements in order to attract more users. We all know that most people these days are fond of using their android devices.
