What was the best part about using Kayako?

Kayako is a quite decent program. It uses a user friendly environment and interface to answer and process successfully any tickets that come in. It gives you the option to categorize according to your needs as well as customize the tickets in any way you seem fit. The amount of reports you can get is also very impressive.

What would you change about your experience with Kayako?

An important issue that needs to be addressed is that not all of its features are very easy to use on tablets and smartphones. Another drawback is the changes in price. Even though it has a good price to quality ratio the constant changes in price can be a bit irritating.

Overall Feedback

Kayako is one of the top for sure. It has been out there for a long time as well so there is a lot of experience that comes with it when you start using it. You can also acquire it on a free trial and see for yourself whether it is a good fit for your company. It is a solid helpdesk solution.
