Are there ways for a user to extend the functionality of karmaCRM through plugins or APIs?

We have an open API, and the support team can provide the CURL documents for it. We have several integrations along with an integration with Zapier which can add countless additional software connections.

We do allow customization of the forms and pretty much all of karma. You can hide fields that aren't needed, and add as many custom fields as you need.

Does the software require the use of Flash, Java, or other plugins to work?
