JustCall FAQs

Since JustCall is a cloud based phone system, it’s not entirely dependent on your Internet connection. You can use your mobile phone number as one of your forwarding numbers, so even if your internet connection is lost, your calls can still be received on your cell phone.

Alternatively, you can run the JustCall app (iOS & Android) on your mobile phone’s internet connection.

Note: Without an Internet connection you can only receive calls on your forwarding number. (more)

No telephone lines, desk phones, PBX hardware, SIM card modules or installation devices are needed to run JustCall. JustCall will work with any high-speed, stable internet connection. You can run JustCall on your smartphone (iOS or Android app) or your computer. (more)
