As far as a deposit, if you accept the quote, it would be a guaranteed price for 10 days. Once the deposit is received, we start on the project within two weeks. ~Jamie (more)

Of the quote given to you, 50% is provided by you prior to start of the project, and then the remaining 50% is paid by you at the "live" status of the site.
