What was the best part about using JIRA Service Desk?

JIRA SERVICE DESK is a well-known IT management solution that offers the user to deliver an effortless service experience. The software has let the organization's staff work in an organized way to achieve the goals in the specific time. The best feature of the software is that it can send tasks to the department or specific individual. This software is capable of keeping the record of the user’ work and assist the user to reach the roots of the problem. If one has to test the capability of this management software, he can do as the free trial version of the software is available.

What would you change about your experience with JIRA Service Desk?

JIRA Service Desk is one of the best IT management software but has some flaws in it such as the processing sometimes gets slower down and the integration of the different languages not accurate. This software is not capable of meeting the needs of large big IT companies; it is made for mid and small-scale business. The desktop version much stable and the user face many difficulties to access from the cloud. The other downside of the software is that does not have a voicemail support. The cost of this IT management tool is very high as compared to other competitive software available in the market.

JIRA Service Desk helps the user to manage the ITIL conception and operations by its tools. The software has a friendly user interface and user operated the software without any difficulty. The software reports the bugs the user faces in the software quickly. It is capable of tracking the time spent by the team or the staff on each project.
