Yup we do take up customer request and based on the nature of the request we either take it along with product releases or take it as a separate SOW and address the need specifically for a particular client. (more)

We have a dedicated product enhancement team. We do constantly upgrade the product. Customers who are under AMC get it free and others pay for the upgrades. (more)
