All of our clients have customizations performed for them to assure that the system meets their needs rather than having to fit into an existing process, such as in a QuickBooks environment. BIS has been in business since 1971 and obviously have moved through several major technology shifts with our clients. We have many clients we implemented in the 70's still with us, so we believe there main reason they have stayed with BIS is because of our customer service.
