IXACT Contact

Ixact has been a huge help in streamlining and organizing my whole business. IXACT Contact is a great real estate management software that has plenty of useful features and it helps a lot to organize your business workflow. IXACT Contact is available for free for a limited time of period. IXACT Contact signup process is bit clunky and time-consuming and they could have to make it simpler in my opinion. IXACT Contact is not able to integrate with social media platforms.

IXACT Contact does not support importing CSV file directly which is really a remarkable con. The platform from IXACT is accessible on the go and it is mobile friendly with a nice and clean user interface. I would recommend opting for a plan with IXACT CONTACT for its customer service, ease of use and flexibility.

IXACT Contact allows massive importing and exporting of data and it has features for email marketing that is working properly. IXACT Contact can be a good investment since it is priced competitively to another real estate platform. I would definitely recommend IXACT Contact to businesses within the real estate industry.

Ixact Contact is very simple yet includes several useful features for CRM, monthly newsletter and marketing all into one dashboard. It has hundreds of templates which helps in performing different tasks such as creation of activity plans, sending many emails, creation of letters and labels in just a few click of the mouse.

I specifically did not like the sign up process. It was not as hassle free as you would want it to be. It also doesn’t allow you to import contacts directly instead, you will have to email the support team with the list which usually takes over 24 hours to complete.

In general, IXACT Contact still is an ideal CRM especially for realtors like us who prefer simple and easy to use product for our real estate business. It has a strong email marketing system, powerful contact management system and includes hundreds of built in templates all at an affordable price.
