What was the best part about using ITM Platform?

As melhores características do ITM Platform PPM são: facilidade de uso, é um software de gerenciamento de projetos completíssimo (com Gantt e Kanban) e muito intuitivo para toda a equipe de trabalho; outro ponto positivo é a possibilidade de poder personalizar o sistema sem ter que programar nada de código, isto ajuda muito a agilizar o período de implementação da ferramenta, que no caso do ITM Platform é substancialmente inferior ao de outros softwares da linha de gestão de programas e portfólio de projetos.

What would you change about your experience with ITM Platform?

Não tive problemas. Achei fácil, inclusive a parte mais complexa do sistema, o módulo de gestão de programas de projetos para balanceamento da carteira de projetos com a metodologia AHP, a equipe de suporte me ajudou no início e não tive dificuldades.

É um ótimo software de gerenciamento de portfólio de projetos, completo e prático. O fato de ter Gantt e Kanban me ajuda muito, tenho equipes remotas que trabalham com Agile.
