What was the best part about using iSmart EHR?

The system worked for a while. Then, out of the blue, it stops working and so we're stuck with the products that don't function properly

What would you change about your experience with iSmart EHR?

Never buy any of their products again. They need to at least respond to support tickets if customers are trying to use their products, which don't even function properly. Also, they have a support line, BUT THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE! IF DURING THEIR ALLEGED HOURS OF OPERATION.

Overall Feedback

They totally ignore their customers. Will not answer support tickets. Will not even answer the phone on their support line. I had two support tickets open because the app doesn't even work and their products don't function. Instead of answering the support tickets, they closed them and didn't even reply. Now I'm stuck with their crappy products that don't even work.
