About IOandCO
IOandCo believes that by combining efforts of little businesses, you can challenge the big players. For that, IOandCo is helping SMEs in-app driven era. By far, IOandCo has developed 200+ apps, improved design, speed, and visibility of 100+ business apps, helped 120+ businesses to have proper visibility in competitive keyword scenarios.
IOandCo has 7 teams (plus 2 customer care teams and 1 beta-testing team, which is part-time and only active during the beta-test phase). Titles are business development, app testing, front-end app design, iOS and Android developers, express deployment, HR & finance and architect teams. Every team is managed by an experience manager. And 55% staff is full-time and rest of the staff provide IOandCo with 4 hours daily.
Alongside app development, IOandCo is trying to meet the shortage of tech labor by teaching 200+ students every year that are either are learning or doing internship or part of a running software companies. This service is provided free of cost and only student card are required for verification.
