What was the best part about using Insightly?
Insightly is a CRM & Project Management software to help track contacts, daily tasks, reminders and current prospects in the sales pipeline. It's a CRM & Project Management tool in one. They offer five plans for small to large businesses with a free option for up to two users. Plans range from free to $129 per month with better rates when billed annually.
I think Insightly is an excellent cloud based CRM with a customizable API which allows for integration with other apps. The sign up process went seamlessly. I have yet to test their customer support but my research mentioned many positives. My first impression is it's quick and easy to learn. I've compared several CRM & Project Management softwares and am very pleased how intuitively it's set up. And so far works well with my mobile apps.
You can view reports including Opportunity Category Breakdown, Reasons For Losing Opportunities, Opportunity Pipeline Stage Report, Opportunity Funnel Analysis, Opportunities By Responsible User, Opportunities By Organization, Opportunities By Custom Field, Total Incoming Opportunities, Value Of Opportunities, Completed Tasks And Events.
It's quite simple with Insightly to manage a sales pipeline. It's easy to define the business and manage related activity. To set up funnel stages with categories, project close dates and even the probability of winning the deal. Insightly's nine reports are mostly based around sales opportunities and completing tasks and events. It's easy to find out key business information such as: sales person opportunities, best sales closers, user task completion, reasons for loss of business, and most valuable clients.
I like that Insightly makes it easy to integrate social media as you can look up a prospect's email address and detect related social media accounts. It's possible to view LinkedIn and Twitter content directly in your account. And with a click check out public details from just about any social media account the contact has used. One of the best aspects of using Insightly is it's responsive and adaptive mobile support for so many devices such as tablets like Google Nexus and Ipad. As well as Android phones and Iphones.
Insightly integrates seamlessly with several Google apps which is great. I could easily sync Google Apps, Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook 2013, Office 365 and Quickbooks. I would like to put Insightly support to the test though I can't find a reason yet. For now I'm going to go with my gut and having done thorough research I'm confident they are a market leader in terms of customer support.
I like the intuitive feel of Insightly best. At first glance, it's not overwhelming in any way. Even for a first time CRM user I can honestly recommend Insightly as it doesn't get much simpler to use than this. Considering it's a CRM & Project Management tool in one, it's remarkably well set up for anyone to get started within minutes. The free account is a great way to test out all features yourself. I'm going to continue my journey to find the best CRM. But by all accounts Insightly looks great and will highly recommend it to anyone.
What would you change about your experience with Insightly?
I noticed it's possible to use their custom email address which is set up automatically to forward send, forward, CC or BCC emails to which will link to a particular opportunity which is great. Automatic email forwarding is not supported which I don't see being an issue as long as I can track my email history with their linked email, but it may be nice to have the option.
Overall Feedback
I was having an issue finding a CRM & Project Management software that is comprehensive in terms of features yet simple to use. Something I can learn quickly, implement our sales funnel easily and then teach this system to my staff efficiently. I've realized Insightly very well may be the best solution for this. I can't think of a particular feature that is missing, or difficult aspect to learn in my Insightly account but there is not one, so far. Highly recommended.
