We make updates to our platform continuously, to ensure our platform is kept in at optimum performance. With regards to feature updates, these are released regularly. Our most recent updates have been; a complete rebuild of our tracking code, a release of a new knowledge base which includes how to videos, multiple call reports for our PBX platform including a new dashboard for operator reports as well as new call wait time reports.
