Hi, thank you for your question. Although Indigo DQM requires Microsoft Windows for installation it will work with and is compatible with most data sources, databases and files regardless of the operating system through its extensive data providers, ODBC and file compatibility.
For example MySQL is common database system that is available on Windows, Linux and Mac. Indigo DQM has a MySQL Data Provider and so can talk to MySQL regardless of what operating system it is installed on.
Similarly with CSV, Text, XML or JSon data, web services etc. Indigo DQM can query, process and report on all these data types regardless of the operating system.
So, yes in answer to your question! What particular types of data sources are you looking at in your ecosystem?
Hope this response is helpful and please don’t hesitate to contact us should you require any further help or if you have any other questions about the software.
Please feel free to visit www.indigodqm.com and www.indigoscape.net for more information on these powerful apps and also request a demo of the software.
Thanks and Kindest regards,
