We recommend that users use the latest browser versions to enjoy the best user experience, however, due to some backwards compatibility work we did for a client last year, I know that Incentivebank key functionality currently works all the way back to IE7 and IE8. Although old browsers may work we do not necessarily support them and new features may not always be compatible.
