IFS ERP

What motivated the use of a software was the need for greater organization of tasks and financial control. The search for a management system involved 4 software. Among the four search options, IFS was the only one who could accomplish what we needed, price, control, reporting, and management. Today we use the system throughout the operating process, from creation to finance, through the flow of care, planning, and production.

It took about 1 month for us to start using the system since the financial part needed more time. Some adaptations to the system nomenclatures were necessary, especially in financial management. Before IFS implementation much was lost and the company ended up with the loss of time and money. We used several sheets to control the cash flow. But today I do not know work without it (or another system).

With the reports, we follow the process and make decisions about customers / suppliers. Another highlight of the results brought by the system has control over profitability. Because of this, the renewal of customer contracts started to use as a reference the profit margin information identified by the system. Also, I see that in every update there is an improvement that helps us day by day.
