IDU is licensed per user across three editions — Light, Standard, and Enterprise. Organisations can choose from four licensing models: a once-off capital license with annual maintenance, a monthly or annual subscription, an all-inclusive Software-with-a-Service model that bundles software, hosting, and implementation into a single monthly fee, or a month-to-month SaaS option that allows users to scale up or down through peak cycles. Deployment is available on-premise, in a customer-owned cloud tenancy, or IDU-managed on Microsoft Azure.
