One significant bonus that speaks loudly of the quality iApplicants brings to the table is the full round of features, including a nice branded career site, background tracking (have to be a little sneaky!), onboarding and even tax credits! With these options it solves many crucial issues that other similar software's have no options to cover them.

I have two major concerns but neither of them have really anything to do with the way the software works so these are more personal. Firstly, I really hate the non-transparent pricing - I really find it annoying to request a price as I'd like to compare the pricing before even getting started and I assume the same goes for many small companies. The second issue comes from the support as I believe it might be rather difficult for overseas clients to reach them on a timely matter.

In case you are from US and the communication part doesn't concern you, you shouldn't experience any difficulties with it. The interface looks nice, professional and straightforward while the immense tool-set works for your benefit on a daily basis. Definitely enjoy the background checking tool as it will be an essential part of your hiring process from that day forward!
