One problem i have encountered in using this software is that; it is not compatible with Mac. However, it works great with Windows. I hope that the manufacturer can improve this issue to make the software more useful. Adding module and quote management would also be great. Other than those, this software has helped me in my daily task.

For those minor issues, I believe that they are continuously upgrading the software.The price is reasonable, the customer support is approachable, so, for me, it is highly recommended.

I can say one downside could be Horizon not being compatible with Mac as it is compatible only with Windows. Fortunately, I’d say most of the sector don’t use other OS besides Windows, but it would be something to consider. Another thing would be the lack of product configurator and quote management as developing such modules would be great asset.

The wide feature-set tailored to help enterprises in manufacturing sector is for all of its’ capabilities a true asset to the company as it will without a doubt simplify the workflow and give greater insights to the production management. Though not compatible with other operating systems besides Windows, I am sure it won’t be a big issue for many users after all.
