Steep Learning Curve to Master A Powerful Program

What was the best part about using HireTrack NX?

This is a very powerful program and can manage most aspects of a hire company requiring multiple users and equipment tracking. It goes well beyond our needs, so I can only review based on the facilities that we currently use but it manages the basics of equipment ins and outs very well, ensuring that double-booking is avoided, and items can't be forgotten about and not returned.

What would you change about your experience with HireTrack NX?

The complexity of allowing for so many features makes for a steep learning curve, and there is a considerable investment of time required to input all the equipment and stock it in, but once this is complete, things get a little easier.
