On the platform it appears you can walk around like an avatar, can you interact with other avatars ?

HexaFair: We have avatars in each booth. The attendees can initiate chat with the exhibitors. But, we don’t maintain avatars for other attendees due to performance issues on mobile apps. However, attendees can search other users and exchange business cards and chat to each other. (more)

Can it run on my own domain name ? We don't want it to be like myevent.hexafair.com or www.hexafair.com/myevent

HexaFair: The platform by default runs as https://youreventname.hexafair.com. If you want it to run on your own domain name like www.myeventdomainname.com, it is 100% possible. Please order ‘Custom Branding” add-on. (more)

Does your platform support multi-language ?

HexaFair: It does support English only. Additional language support can be done. It cost 1500$ per language. The possible supported languages are German, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Arabic, French & Dutch other than English. (more)

How muchtime wil it take to setup the platform ? Will you provide live event support ?

HexaFair: The platform setup takes 4-5 business days. The event website development takes 5-10 working days depends on the client feedback and response time.

Do you have a helpdesk within the environment where attendees can contact the event organiser if required ?

Do you have any gamification features ?

HexaFair: Yes. We have Leaderboard based on attendee’s activities. You need to give us the rules. For example, give 10 points for downloading a document, give 40 points for visiting a booth. We can then get this game board report created. However, more interactions to be understood, let us know your expectations in detail. (more)

Do you offer desktop/mobile notifications?

We have a 3D department or our own designers, is it possible we can provide 3D models for the exhibition hall or auditorium or lobby ? If so, what format do they need to be in and what's the cost ?
