What was the best part about using HelpSite?

I was looking for something to help me create a support site with FAQs and knowledge base, and this fit the bill perfectly. It's extremely easy to use, has an intuitive interface, and gave me just what I needed. I like that it's beautiful, mobile-friendly, and searchable so customers can find answers fast. I like that it has a contact form that automatically returns suggestions as users type their question.

What would you change about your experience with HelpSite?

It doesn't have a huge number of features. Rather it's a fairly simply tool that just does one thing well - helping me create FAQs for my support site. But other people might want something that is a more complicated piece of software that includes ticketing, agent management, autoresponders, etc. This isn't the tool for those people.

Overall Feedback

Overall I think HelpSite.io is a really great tool that would be my first choice and my recommendation for anyone looking for a tool to help them build a support or help website for their customers or users. I like that it has a super easy-to-use admin interface to create knowledge base articles with ease.
