Health.NET is a Windows Desktop Based solution for the healthcare workflow management. In addition there are some web based services that patients or users can access by browser.
So you can't use your iPhone to run the application but you can use it to access the web based services such as the patient portal and related features. (more)

Yes, you surely can. Health.NET is native software for Windows and as far as you rue Win7 or later on a workstation with minimum 4gb RAM you can use it with no problem at all (more)
