Headwaters is as dynamic as the markets we serve so we prefer being virtual and optimizing our help to each clients unique needs. That said I value my outsourced relationships and see my role as creating the bridge between client needs from an objective, external and internal view so as to set expectations and collaborate earlier on options. That then enables talent to do their best work. Even agencies have thanked us for expanding client expectations of what is vital and possible.
