Used FOR: Application Performance Management Software in 2016

What was the best part about using GroundWork?

The first thing you will learn to love is the hybrid cloud - starting from virtual server and cloud-based functionality, ending with SDN monitoring. The core is of course analytics which is not plain and boring but is actually visually amazing, proving once again that all you need for easily comprehensive analytics is great visuals!

What would you change about your experience with GroundWork?

I wouldn't like to nitpick, but quite honestly the only thing I see GroundWork could improve is the initial communication with a potential customer, that is concerning the quoting process in general as for a new customer, who has the time and wish to fill contact forms and request quotes?

GroundWork's unique hybrid cloud and analytics platform is all to hope for in order to benefit from it and get all the knowledge necessary to record transactions on your site or understand the data more easily. Besides that they have nice training options so you wouldn't have to feel overwhelmed with learning the platform.
