Yes, all public-facing functionality is accessible via smartphone or mobile app. All planning functionality is optimized for planners using a PC or an iPad, but not phone (some activities are a little too complicated for the phone form factor, although simple activities such as sending out a push message are fine). Yes, Grenadine uses the "sponsored functionality" model, in which we can develop functionality specifically for you if you "sponsor" it, meaning that you pay for a part of the development cost, and then later some other users can also use this functionality if they need it. (more)

Not really, because Grenadine Event Planner is an online system, so as such it requires being online all of the time. There are no components that can be installed on your own computer. The only exception to this are the mobile applications for attendees, which work offline. This is because sometimes attendees to your event may be from out of country, and not have data service, so the mobile apps will keep working even when completely offline. (more)
