Missing the image backup and bare metal restore, but I don't miss this feature. The interface is potentially confusing due to the depth of detail. There is a "simple" mode for the casual user. The developer is working on a new look with many new features There can be a long wait when the program seems frozen - this is while it is enumerating the files to be backed up.

I highly recommend this backup software for anyone (or company) that is serious about backing up their data. I have found this software very quick and well built. Great support - quick response! The backup archives that are created are compatible with WinZip and WinRar -- better than using the now-outdated pkzip. The program creates a zip archive in each destination folder and the destination folder tree is the same as the source tree so it is very easy to find your backed up files. There are a lot of customize options Just outstanding!!
