I've not seen faster turnaround times on customizations than this software. They call it the First Time right status or sorts. In one word - It's stellar ! We just scribbed a few lines on our requirements in an email, and they professionally sent a reasonable quote and delivered the exact feature we needed within 3 days - that's as much time an Accenture or Salesforce would take to just document the feature - probably even not understand it in that time !

I believe the pricing was ok for us when deploying in Riyadh, but when we wanted to scale this platform to our clients in South Asia, the pricing wasn't very flexible, and didn't give as much discount as expected. Maybe because our user numbers were below 200. None the less, used the platform for lack of any comparable solution, and now don't have any regrets, as the sales reps using it are working almost 2-3 times better than before.

Great software for driving sales productivity. You will find the heatmaps, year on year analytics, and dashboard indispensable. Half the management's time goes in front of these dashboards, which I must add are drillable - so you can drill down all the way - find all the distribution detail required.
