Can you please clarify what type of migration assistance you seek? To create graphs in Grapher, you can simply select your graph type and then select the data file to be plotted.

Grapher 12 was released on March 8, 2016. Minor updates are released periodically throughout the year. Major versions are typically released every 9-18 months, but this is subject to change. (more)
