Training is one of the most important aspects of a system like Gradelink so our top-notch training and support are included at no charge. We offer a 90-minute online video training course for teachers and office staff, plus a Q&A session with your Customer Care Rep if needed. And you are free to reach out whenever you have a question.
For students and parents, there is a 5-minute training video available in both English and Spanish. There is also an accompanying introductory email complete with login instructions and links to the free mobile app. (more)
