Thank your for posting this question. The answer to this question is yes. Genesys WFM comes with a (free) API that allows you to interact with the WFM application. Typical scenarios are integration with HR applications for example. Genesys also offers 3rd party applications developed by our partners through the app foundry. These partners extend the capabilities of WFM such as mobile agent applications and gamification. I hope this answers your question! (more)

There are multiple factors that help determine the need for a workforce management solution. Size of the operation is one element, specific requirements and schedule/shift complexity are other parts of the equation.
