Fuze

Fuze was great to use because it could serve my needs from everywhere. I could host a meeting from my iPad or my Mac without losing any quality on the video and I could dial in any participant with ease. The integration with Gmail and Dropbox (for storage) is a great plus. All meetings are kept into my account for review if needed, along with all files that will be shared.

Unfortunately, Fuze is quite a handful in many ways. I could not set a specific name for my meeting, and the interface for sharing your files is not practical. Sound was inadequate too, although the network connection was good. I would very much like other ways for support other than mail.

Fuze is a really good service for small and medium businesses with a few participants and it provides HD video and easy dialing-in. There are flaws in the user interface and file sharing and the sound could better. All in all I would say that Fuze has potential but it is not the best software of its kind out there.
