Yes, FTQ360 works offline if you have no cell service or Internet connection. If connection is spotty, you can start working online and if your connection is lost, FTQ360 will save your work and on your mobile device and prompt you to work offline. (more)

FTQ360 is currently in English. However, most report and menu labels can be changed by the account holder to a different language and checklists are editable so they can be created in different languages. (more)
