Freshdesk is undoubtedly one of the best ticket management tool. assigning tickets on a pre defined rules with pre-made templates increases productivity and efficiency. It provides omni channel support by processing tickets from major social media platforms which is it's most unique feature. Freshdesk is also available in all platforms making it available every time, everywhere.

Freshdesk core unique feature, social media, is just limited to major ones like facebook and twitter. The tool does not bridge other social media platforms like linkedin and others. other feature I'm looking at is the consumer surveys launched within the app. it may not be available at this time but looking forward to have it in the tool.

Freshdesk is perfect for business of any size that operates in various locations and in different languages. it's feature, ticketing through social media, honestly did amazed me and I highly recommend this tool for those business which relies much on social media marketing as well. other than what I previously stated, this tool is recommended to effectively communicate information to employees and users.
