Freshdesk really stands up well to its name – it looks sleek and modern, it is very easy to set up and you get everything up and running in the matter of minutes. Freskdesk is very affordable (1 user is free!), which means it is perfect for small companies with less finances. It can also be integrated with both Salesforce and Google Analytics which gives it even higher range of perspective. It is most likely one of the best helpdesk solutions you can get your hands on!

As good as Freshdesk is, it can’t be denied some glitches and bugs occur. For me, the biggest downsides lie in some small details that could be added to the system (knowing how often they actually upgrade and develop the program, it is likely some things might get added): CRM, custom views for tickets, customizing status field values... But these are some minor tweaks that don’t ruin the current user experience. There’s simply always room for evolvement!

Freshdesk is truly clever and modern program that is not only easy to use, but also fun to use. It doesn't require any special knowledge, everything works like clock work, it is very cheap for the wide variety of features you get... The list goes on! It is simply a joy to use and will make a huge difference and impact on your daily life!
