Freshdesk

Freshdesk was quickly setup and the functionality outstanding. The pricing structure is ideal for our small team and we are quickly seeing the gains in efficiency you would expect from such a product. The service we have received has been amazing with the freshdesk team building us some custom functionality unique to our business. On a weekly occurrence my boss likes to say "Have I mentioned how much I love Freshdesk!"

Not much, we had to scratch our heads for this one and they are so minor. I. When forwarding to a secondary requestor the ticket history isn't included. II. When creating a new ticket some fields we would like to default such as Status = Open. III. Little confusing with notifications. IV. As an Admin I would like to be able to turn off a lot of things that are standard.
