The Freshdesk is entirely web- based and has the capability to automate multiple processes. It has a self – service portal and community forums as features for users. FreshDesk is easy to use with very effective reporting functions and a managing the solution tool section that has hgh capability. The platform is suitable for high level information and comes with strong, measurable enhancements.

The product had so much issues with the search functionality while bugs took so much time to fix. I do not know about its current status but it was quite complicated if you needed to dig into specific as a user. The FreshDesk response rate is very low and should be less complex especially from the admin angle. Its customer portals comes dated and so does the admin panel which I don’t thing is a good idea for a user- friendly interface.

I would gladly recommend this product for industry players especially those with relatively small size IT departments. It is important to test run the product to know what basically fits your needs or organization’s workflow. It is great that it comes with a free version of the software and that it gives access to multiple users to evaluate products and come up with accurate analysis.
