With FrameworkLTC’s flexible setup and stabile system is excellently capable of offering you the full service for efficient medical records management. Moreover, the design of the database is actually very helpful as it allows users to obtain customized management reports. All in all I have found the intuitive system to be greatly helpful in many ways.

We didn’t really see FrameworkLTC taking care of 100% all of our needs as it doesn’t have all the essential tools you might wish from such service – for example you can’t handle insurance claims, it doesn’t have POS functionality nor does it have barcode generation and batch verification. When it comes to the features it has, worth mentioning is the data syncing process which is rather slow, while the accounting solution is somewhat archaic and could see improvements. The support service in the other hand, can handle basic problems, but with more complex issues they are not very helpful and can’t assist you.

As FrameworkLTC is also not the cheapest solution out there, I suggest to take a look to their system as I can’t say with complete security it can take care of your needs – it depends on the scale of features you want it to have. At the moment, in my perspective the system needs some development to be back on track as overall it actually functions neatly and is useful.
