We follow the 4A's pitch and proposal process. When our clients are exploring their budget options, we supply ballparks to help brands define their budgets and shape their engagements.
Any time a budget is not defined for us, we go through an exploratory phase with the client to help define the budget and deliverables. That phase fee is based on the number of team members needed to perform the deep research needed for the project.
The fee for the exploratory phase is applied towards the budget of the engagement.
