We have used FMPPRO to host our FMP databases for a number of years. Recently they renewed a contract that was un-authorised. We have been paying it grudgingly until sorted. Now we are threatened that if we don’t pay out the contract on a service we did not want, and do not use, then our server hosting will be suspended. So we have to pay for their mistake or loose business?.they are highway robbers !. Engage with caution. We are looking at alternatives when our annual agreement is up.

There is no best part. These can't handle any traffic volume. Same problem for years.

Either figure out how to host a site that has more than a few hits a day or stop taking them as customers. Same thing for the last three years.

They need to stop trying to handle sites with much volume because they can't. Every year they crash on registration day for UNCG Music camp. This year only one third of the registrations were open per day and they still can't handle it.
