A comprehensive Enterprise Asset Management system covering asset accounting, asset tracking, inventory and maintenance over the full asset life cycle.

Manage Asset Budgeting and Depreciation across multiple books, companies and currencies from a single installation. Compliant with IFRS, Sarbanes-Oxley, IAS, UK/US GAAP and most major standards. Track all leasing details for any fixed asset and automatically calculate payments, variance and tax.

Asset Tracking is made simple by an integrated asset register that is updated in real time across all areas of the business and supported by barcode and RFID tagging.

Equipment Maintenance can be tracked for both preventative and reactive maintenance. Equipment loans and rentals can also be scheduled and all actions from additions to disposals tracked.

Stock and Inventory is integrated with Purchasing, Sales Orders and production Control. The system offers full tracking and control for all assets and inventory from purchase to pay.

The FIMS Fixed Assets is truly excellent asset management software with a good performance. It is friendly software that allows you to check, control and maintains all your assets in one at a time. With the help of this software, you can track your assets anytime, and anywhere you want, and help you for easy calculation of complicated depreciation and have a copy of it.

What would you change about your experience with FMIS Fixed Assets?

There's nothing bad about this software except for its price. Its official website doesn’t contain the list of price of each product which means, you need to contact them directly. However, it is the best solution to manage asset budgeting and depreciation efficiently. Unlike other software, the FIMS fixed assets are reliable software with safety platform.

FMIS Fixed Assets is remarkable as an asset management software. It is a management system that offers a lot of useful features. It is user-friendly and easy to work with. You can view, manage and maintain all your assets from one place. Track them anytime over its full life cycle easily with this solution. With FMIS, you can also calculate complex depreciation and keep a record of it. A number of reports with accurate details can be prepared using this software. It has a unique barcode tracking feature which is fast and efficient. FIMS is flexible to suit the different needs of different organisations. It is a complete inventory management system which works from purchase to production to sales.

FMIS Fixed Assets is a great investment for your business. This program can streamline so much work and makes barcoding a breeze. FMIS is one of the few programs that are designed to help improve your overall business processes so that all the information you have is accurate while giving you full control. The program is easy to use and install but has so many features that come in handy for barcoding. Tedious physical audits are a thing of the past with FMIS. Using this software will provide you with dramatic cost savings because of much more efficient management information.

There are no disadvantages to using FMIS Fixed Assets because it is affordable, flexible, and easy to use.

FMIS is fixed asset management solution that coordinates almost all aspect of users business need. Their bar-coding tool provides prominent use for tracking, sustaining and controlling asset throughout its life cycle and helps calculate depreciation as well. Fixed Assets also generates comprehensive reports on monthly basis as a yard stick for measurable growth at periods of use, FIMS is the best choice in making simple and fast business forecast.

What would you change about your experience with FMIS Fixed Assets?

FMIS platform is safe and its bar-coding feature integrates adequately well with enterprise asset management which gives it an advantage of having all the functional tools in one package deal. User’s contributions to improvement on slight fixes regarding the tool are considered and addressed. However, prices can only be accessed via their product website.

FMIS Fixed Assets offers a full inventory management with complete tools and features to use for a seamless effort. It can handle a big quantity of items which makes it applicable for large companies. It also has a tool which you can make organizing and searching go easier and efficient. Their support team is the best when it comes to helping and solving customer's concerns.

There is really nothing to dislike about FMIS Fixed Assets. It has complete tools for inventory management, its support team is so responsive for problems. Bugs and glitches are fixed immediately by them. Suggestions are considered from users. You can't really find anything bad about the software because it is complete and stable.

FMIS Fixed Assets is a unique system that offers a lot - from basic asset tracking to maintenance, you really have it all on this wonderful platform. As far as the barcoding feature goes, it's pretty quick at scanning, and it offers some amazing abilities, such as recording where your assets are, simplifying fixed assets, and it even matches the goods you order with the goods you received!

What would you change about your experience with FMIS Fixed Assets?

Nothing to complain about, honestly. This solution has been working splendidly from the very beginning, and even that barcoding feature integrates pretty well with FMIS's Enterprise Asset Management, making it all an incredible all in one package. The only thing I'd like to report is the fact that there's no information about the prices on their own website, which I really dislike.

Judging by those three decades of experience these guys possess, I simply have to recommend everyone to try this solution for asset management, and not just the barcode scanning feature (which was the feature I needed to report on). Lastly, the support team working at FMIS Fixed Assets has been outstanding when it comes to providing help and the pricing information. Top marks for that!
