They really take care our business, as if they were owners too. The plan was that we focus on sale, and they took care of all the online marketing works. We had, by that time, just a little sale force here in our office in Spain and just one seller in USA, so for us this was super important.

They had a delay with a few blog posts, but nothing serious. I think it was because they had a huge amount of new projects in that month, and that affected their time. But as I said, it was nothing serious, just a little of delay with some blog posts that they had to write, publish and promote.

We are super happy, and working with them for 3 years... and more! Thing is, they take care of all the tasks that we don't like and we "don't care". As we have a small team here in our office in Spain, and a very small in USA (just 2 people there), for us they are super important.

I've tried several other web scrapers and this is by far the easiest one. After some learning, I managed to have Helium perform some advanced tricks like selecting elements on a check box, submit forms, perform nested navigation of arbitrary depth, etc. I've even found it useful for small personal projects such as extracting movie databases and sorting them by any arbitrary criteria. Would definitely recommend it.

Takes time to learn the more advanced features. Had to send a couple of customer support requests to figure out how to scrape some tricky pages, but fortunately I received quick responses. Sometimes you'll need to adjust some parameters to have it run smoothly, such as setting a proper navigation timeout.

Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a web scraper to give Helium a try. They do have a free trial (30 days if I recall correctly). The only caveat is it has a 100 record limitation. Nevertheless, it should be enough to give you an idea of whether it fits your needs.
