Five9 is an unreliable tool. There are so many drawbacks while using this software which affects my business work. The worst part is transferring a call and call dropping issues which I faced a lot. The flag drop out feature of the software sometimes not working properly. There are some issues related to Java even. They should also improve the monitoring features. I hate the thing when I always have to adjust the volume on the microphones. The software doesn’t even track all the information regarding the call. The software records the call is available for just 60 days. The system sometimes works so slow and wastes my time.
