This software is an advanced platform designed to enable call centers world over to manage inbound, outbound, blended or multi- channel contact centers. The Five9 software solution was made to have intuitive user- interface and comes with on-board functions such as application portal, IVR designer, supervisor real- time statistics, handled interactions, emails as well as email interaction.

I encourage potential users to try out the product before deployment/ going live in other to see if it a great fit. I also noticed its CRM limitations, meaning that as a user, you have to consider buying SalesForce. Five9 was not designed to allow email interactions during calls as the calls have to be dropped before such function can be enabled. But without much doubt, I see the Five9 as an e-communication customer service software solution.

The Five9 comes with features such as IVR (speech recognition), multi- channel ACD, predictive dialer and CRM integrations. It supports both the Mac OS and Web browser operating systems. This platform has integrated workforce optimization capabilities as it was made to optimize agent productivity, scaling with every business enterprise as they grow.
