A professional media asset management software helps your employees and colleagues to find files easier and faster, to download them in the right format and to share them with others. Processes get more efficient.
Further, Filecamp DAM (Digital Asset Management) System offers professional management of pictures and all media files. This means that all data gets searchable. A good DAM system helps all employees and colleagues to work faster and more efficient especially with pictures and other media files. (more)

Yes, you can access Filecamp from your smart phone. But to be honest the current version of Filecamp doesn't run well on smart phones and other touch devices.
But we are currently working on Filecamp v4 which will be 100% responsive and fully mobile/touch compatible.
Other v4 headlines are; new user interface, better performance, folder upload, FTP mount, easier user management, advanced search features, improved online proofing/commenting, bulk adding of tags, more metadata options, auto-tags, custom pages ... and a lot more. The good news is that is going to be awesome! The bad news is that it will probably take us another 6-8 months (Q2 2018) before we can release it. But it will be worth waiting for.
