Feedback Lite

FeedBack Lite is a tool perfectly use to those companies who are giving importance to customer inputs and the like through the form of surveys. We usually do our surveys not just to promote a new product but also to ensue that our current products are still improving in accordance to our customers delight. We are very happy that we get all feedbacks we need to gather with the use of this tool.

It is hard to say anything I dislike about the software, if there is any I believe it should happen soon. My business is currently medium in size, I am not sure though if the tool is capable on working with larger companies, I hope they do as I want to keep the services I am getting from them.

A perfect tool for managing feedbacks. It would also give you good amount of options you could use when creating survey forms. I am very happy and satisfied with everything I get from them and I highly recommend this tool to those companies who are into getting surveys from their clients to provide them great service.
