Fathom Voice

Friendly staff is probably what I liked the most in Fathom Voice as a company, not a piece of software. They put their customers first which is one of the many reasons why I am a fan of Fathom Voice. As a piece of software, what I can say is that you are given a very intuitive, responsive, and functional system that performs quite well - worse than several competing companies, but absolutely well.

They lack updates, and by that, I basically mean the fact that I don't get a single piece of text from them saying 'Hey, we've updated our UI, come check it out - link". I do dislike that, but other than that, there's nothing else to report. They're functional, reliable, and pretty good. I really appreciate their work, and I honestly think they are trying their best to keep all of their users satisfied.

The least I can say is - try them out! I believe you'll be just as satisfied as me, because they provide a very useful piece of software, and everything works like a charm, for me, at least. Follow their instructions to get started, since the software itself is quite easy to use, but when in doubt, contact customer support, as they will help you with any questions that you might have. Lastly, remember those people who work at that customer service department, because you'll rarely get a chance to communicate with better people. So professional, so polite, and very reliable as a group of people.
