Fathom is an excellent tool with seriously very rare bugs. It's an amazing software for your company. I usually face the issue while turning on and turning off the application on my mobile phone. This is the only bug that needs to be fixed. The desktop version doesn't have any bugs at all. Just once, long back the software changed. But that was the only time I faced that issue. The other problem with Fathom is that they don't update the software at all. Not even a single feature updated, no new features added, no change in layout till date, nothing. Never received any notification from their size regarding any update available.

Overall this is an excellent software that can be used by any type of organisation. Just frequent updates and it will the best software of its kind. The after sale services and the technical and customer support team is best amongst the support provided by all the other VoIP software. Highly recommended by me. Must give it a try.
